  We love it. Have been here since November. Everyone is friendly and professional. The laundry room is decent. We have never seen any pests and we're sure that we won't. Our only complaint is with the lazy pig tenants who throw their bags of trash over the wall and miss the trash cans, so they're filth is scattered everywhere. We feel safe at all times and the unit we rent is fairly easy to maintain. Yes, they're small units but we want to minimalize anyway. A message to the tenants: THE CONTAINER IN THE MIDDLE IS FOR RECYCLABLES, NOT YOUR TRASH.
